We Want You to Be Confident in Your Purchase
Skate Anytime takes great pride in the quality and performance of our products. Because synthetic ice rinks and panels are large, heavy products that are costly to transport, we encourage customers to carefully review their order, rink dimensions and product selection before purchasing.
If you have questions before ordering, our team is always happy to help make sure you are selecting the right product for your space.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Skate Anytime within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
All returns require prior approval from Skate Anytime. Please do not ship products back without receiving return instructions from us.
To qualify for a standard return:
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Products must be unused and uninstalled.
- The return must be authorized within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be securely packaged for return transportation.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight charges.
Original shipping and handling costs, including shipping costs incorporated into a product's purchase price or promotional free shipping, may be deducted from the refund.
Approved returns may also be subject to a restocking and processing fee of up to 5% of the purchase price.
Used Products
Synthetic ice that has been skated on, installed, used for an event or otherwise placed into service is not considered unused merchandise.
Products returned with signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% of the purchase price, or may be deemed ineligible for return depending on their condition.
This includes products purchased and used for temporary installations, special events or other short-term applications.
Late Returns
An approved return must be shipped promptly in accordance with the return instructions provided by Skate Anytime.
Products received more than 30 days after Return Authorization may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price or may no longer be eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise has been physically received and inspected by Skate Anytime.
No refund will be issued for merchandise that is not returned.
Once inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable:
- Return shipping or freight charges
- Original shipping or handling charges
- Restocking or processing fees
- Deductions resulting from use, damage, missing components or diminished product condition
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact Skate Anytime promptly.
These situations are handled separately from standard returns. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, repair or other resolution.
Please retain the product, packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.
